Following the recent announcement of our intention to acquire New Mexico Gas Co., Bernhard Capital Partners has filed a joint application, together with Emera Inc. and NMGC, with the New Mexico Public Regulation Commission for approval of the transaction. We look forward to participating in a fair, collaborative regulatory process and delivering a seamless transition to customers.
